The diner, a Newburgh staple for 35 years on Route 17K announced it is closing on Monday, with the last meals being served on Sunday night.

"We have put our heart and soul into serving you for the past 35 years, but now it's time for us to say goodbye," owner Maria Spina said. "We want to thank everyone for the years if support and making this experience so memorable. This is a difficult time for all of us and we hope we remain in your thoughts as you will be in ours for a very long time."

County Legislator Leigh Benton said he was sad to see the restaurant go.

"It is the end of another great Newburgh family business," Benton said.

Reviewers lauded the restaurant's friendly service, good breakfasts, and quality wraps.

"This place remains immaculate and cared for with love," Barbara Schecter said. "Impeccable service. Sorry to see you g."
