Funeral arrangements have been announced for the teenager killed in an all-terrain vehicle crash in Northern Westchester late Friday morning.

The crash occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on Blackberry Hill Road in Somers, just south of Somers High School and opposite Reis Park.

The ATV operated by Somers High School student and Shenorock resident Reece Ferrara struck a concrete mailbox pillar, ejecting Ferrara from the vehicle, according to state police. He was transported to Westchester Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.

Reece’s family will receive friends at the visitation on Monday, June 18 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road in Katonah.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 19 at 10:30 a.m. at Clark Associates Funeral Home. A private cremation will follow.
