Kimberly Erin Pedersen Of Middletown Dies, 27

Kimberly Erin Pedersen of Middletown died suddenly on July 26. She was 27 years old.

Born in Westwood, New Jersey, Pedersen was a 2008 Middletown High School graduate.

She attended O.C.C.C. and received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY at Albany. She grew up in Goodwill Church in Montgomery.

She recently became engaged to her longtime love, Christopher W. Korwan.

Pedersen loved cooking and gardening. She created artistic and delicious meals and gorgeous flower displays for herself and her friends to enjoy.

She is survived by her parents, Norman and Maureen of Middletown; fiancé, Christopher of Westtown; brother, Matthew of Monroe; sister, Michelle of Farmington Hills, MI; and a host of other family and friends.
