City of Newburgh Police are looking for a man who robbed the TD Bank, getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robbery took place at 10 a.m. Thursday at the bank at 800 Broadway in the City of Newburgh, said the City of Newburgh Det. Lt. Joseph Burns.

The man, who was wearing a black hoodie that partly concealed his face, did not display a weapon, police said.

He fled westbound on Broadway on foot before jumping into a white vehicle near Route 17 K and the Town of Newburgh line, Burns said.

Anyone with information on the suspect or vehicle is urged to contact the City of Newburgh police department at (845) 561-3131.
