MONTGOMERY, N.Y. – New York State Police seized crack, cocaine, heroin and marijuana from two suspects in a Montgomery Motel, authorities said.

State Police were investigating suspicious activity at the motel when they found Dwayne Wallace, 53, of Newburgh, and Kathleen Delucia, 23, of Montgomery, in possession of the drugs, troopers said.

Both were charged with three counts each of third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Wallace is currently on parole for previous drug-related charges. He was taken to Orange County Jail and held without bail. Delucia had two active warrants out for her arrest. She was taken to Orange County Jail and held on $35,000 cash or $75,000 bond, police said.

Both are due back in Montgomery court on Nov. 14.
