The Appellate Division judges will decide whether or not to overturn a decision made at the County Court level last year to dismiss the suit  that alleges these districts who, all have large populations of low income, immigrant and special needs students, have been underfunded by the state since 2006, the Record said.

Judges heard arguments from the schools participating in the suit on Sept. 5, the Record said.
