Police ID Pedestrian Struck, Killed Outside Of His House By Pickup In Paramus Police have released the identity of the pedestrian struck and killed by a pickup truck outside of his Paramus home on Wednesday night, Jan. 22. Eduardo Cinca, 82, was trying to cross Farview Avenue when he was struck by a 2019 Dodge Ram heading north around 6:50 p.m., Paramus Police Chief Robert Guidetti said.
