A former Hudson Valley, NY district attorney is following his famous mother, Judge Judy, into the television courtroom.
“Adam’s Law,” starring former Putnam County District Attorney Adam Levy, the son of Judge Judy Sheindlin, premiered its first season on Monday, Sept. 14, according to CBS Media Ventures.

Alleged Drunk Driver Hits Veteran Cape Cod Officer, Leaving Him Facing Long, Painful Recovery
Community support is pouring in for Massachusetts police officer Peter Ginnetty as he begins a long recovery after being hit by an alleged drunk driver.
Ginnetty was struck by a truck late Sunday, Sept. 13, near the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis. Police identified the driver as Robert Brando-Hunt, 43, of Osterville, who now faces multiple charges including OUI, police said.
