An outage that disrupted power to more than 200 customers in the Town of Tuxedo was caused by a tree coming down in the woods, according to Orange and Rockland Utilities.
As of 9 a.m. Friday, power has been restored to all but four customers who should expect outages until at least noon. Once the wires are fixed and the switch is made back to the main line, the same 200 customers could experience a brief outage, said O&R officials.
