Wallkill Police Save Overdose Victim With Narcan At Target

WALLKILL, N.Y. – Wallkill Police were able to save a man who appeared to have overdosed in the bathroom in Target on Friday, Nov. 3, officials said.

Police Officer Michael Rinaldo responded to an “Emergency Medical Services” call and found the unresponsive 25-year-old unresponsive and showing signs of an overdose. 

Rinaldo administered two dose of Narcan and delivered first-aid. Police Officer Laura Gannon administered a third dose before the victim regained consciousness, police said. 

The victim was then taken to Orange Regional Medical Center.
