Mount Vernon Sex Offender Gets 15-Year Sentence For Burglary, Stalking
A Mount Vernon sex offender was sentenced to 15 years in state prison on Tuesday for burglary, stalking, and forcible touching of a Westchester woman, said Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr.
James Brower, 35, who was convicted by a jury on June 1, was also sentenced to 15 years post release supervision and must register as a sex offender once he is released from prison.

Poughkeepsie Man Arrested Twice In One Day For Child Porn, Grand Larceny
DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - In a strange set of circumstances, a Poughkeepsie man who was nabbed by city cops for possessing child pornography on Tuesday afternoon, was arrested earlier in the day by Lloyd Police for felony grand larceny, police said.
Sebastian Martin, 21, was charged by Lloyd police with felony grand larceny and conspiracy, for stealing more than $800 dollars in gift cards from the Highland's Lowe's, said Lt. James Janso.
He also used stolen credit card information to buy the gift cards, Janso said.
