Woman Extricated After RAV4 Slams Into Stone Wall In Spring Valley ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A woman who was suffering from a medical condition had to be extricated from her vehicle Wednesday after slamming into a stone wall in Spring Valley, according to Spring Valley police.
