The reward, for information that leads to the location, arrest and conviction of Hector Cruz-Diaz, 35, was issued Thursday after New York State Police asked for help from the public in locating the Danbury resident. South Mountain Road is currently closed between Zukor Road & Hemlock Trail as a result.  Orange & Rockland is working to get the power restored. The officers stopped a BMW traveling northbound for a traffic violation around 7 p.m., police said. Yonkers resident Chris Deluca, 31, was charged with felony criminal mischief for causing more than $4,000 worth of damage to 11 cars around 3 a.m., said Sgt.
