DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - Two Poughkeepsie men were charged Monday with felony sexual abuse in the first degree, according to the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department. Jorge Victoria-Sanchez, 38, and Andres Hernandez, 34, were arrested after the department responded to a call for a sexual offense in the town on Saturday, July 15, said Capt. Ken Roman.
