The accident occurred around 5:45 p.m. at 3631 Mill St. at the American Legion when David Jacbaruso of Gardner, hit a tree, became entangled and fell 30 feet to the ground, breaking his wrist in the process, said Sgt. Peter Dunn. Jacbaruso, who suffered a broken wrist, was taken to an area hospital for treatment by Rhinebeck EMS, Dunn added.
