Police Probe Thefts At Tesla, Other Mount Kisco Businesses MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Westchester County Police are investigating three thefts and vandalism at Tesla Motors and two other businesses that took place in Mount Kisco overnight Wednesday and early Thursday. Detectives became aware of the incidents when Tesla dealership employees at Tesla Motors at 115 Kisco Ave. reported at 7:11 a.m. the theft of 16 wheels/tires from four vehicles, according to Westchester County police spokesman Kieran O'Leary. Working with the New Jersey Union County Prosecutors Office, Erik Johnson, 49, of Sparkill, was arrested by detectives on a warrant for distributing one or more images depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, according to the Orangetown Police. Lt. Lou Lucato. Nicholas LaBarbera, 38, was charged with one count of felony criminal sex act after the 39-year-old Staten Island woman called police around 4:30 p.m. Monday to reported the incident, said Lucato.
