For the past several years driveway paver scams have hit many residents, especially the elderly. Village Of Fishkill Elects Three To Positions FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Village of Fishkill residents returned three current officials to their village board seats, along with a village justice during Tuesday's election. According to Village Clerk Angela Arasim, Michael Martin was elected village justice with 30 votes; Angelo Ferrara and Anthony Brozier were elected trustees, with 33 votes and 32 votes, and James Miccio was elected mayor.
